Yea, but in the final level, if you go to his base, he starts summoning Infernals, and his base also is OP, in fact, everyone enemy on that levek is OP, thats why the last 4 seconds are the most important. In fact, Warcraft III has a bad habit of spawning a huge army in you on the last 4 seconds of a timed level.
