Story: I was preparing for an upcoming roleplay event when I was caught off guard as 3 people were roleplaying, Dragos, accused me of throwing Miria off the bridge and that I was under arrest, I played along and planned to make my move in court which was mentioned I would be brought to however I was brought to my house instead. I made my move, smacking Dragos of the bridge with my bound wrists, it was a long way down, he would have easily been unconscious.

I proceeded to flee and went to attack Berem with a dagger, as I was typing the emote to stab him, he shot me with lightning, killing me and burning what was the contents of my inventory. As I teleported back, pretending I had not died and continued typing my emote, he began saying OOC that I would have easily been knocked out, which I wouldn't have. I attacked him near his heart and he obviously must've misread the statement as he began whining about his Arg and how it wouldn't of hurt him, even though I emoted it was near his heart, not directly touching it. After the whining and arguments, I was knocked off the bridge by Dragos who had miraculously made a recovery and was walking fine, he proceeded to persue me also. This was the move the ruined the event as he would have easily been rendered unconscious.

I continued to flee and was confronted by the 3 even though I was now ooc, I told them this yet they still chanted "get him" etc. I began to stop the rp as I was no longer present IC yet they continued to persue and Dragos murdered me, stole the book that was not supposed to be on my person or found YET, he took the book and didn't give it back, I told multiple admins who did nothing but go afk and do nothing more. I attempted to retrieve the book but he continuously killed me, reducing all my xp to that of 0% of my current level, I attacked him in his house and as I was attempting to kill him I began accidentally hitting paintings etc, I was then banned.

And Lets not forget YOU were the one to tp back everytime to then get killed, and also that you can ib by breaking the roof, and destroying half of clue's house, i can go on for a while...

Actually, he didn't make it apparent my hands were bound behind my back, only that they were bound, they could've been infront of me, also, I wasn't griefing, I was trying to hit him and he kept jumping around, I started to break his bed and crafting bench when he stole all my things and wouldn't give me my book. Also, I tp'd back because he was being such a stubburn love of my life and not giving me he sandwiching book.

Story: When trying to rp Conzo got angry because he lost the fight, so he started raging. Our "complaining" is us pointing out why we did what we did and how it made sense. I offered to refund his items after I killed him with lightning, but he appears to not understand I still hit him with lightning, and something that is a killing blow usually mean you are unconscious in rp. He also claimed that stabbing me "near the heart" means my arg heart which covers half my chest wouldn't have protected me. Dragos, his job of enforcer effectively making him a police officer, searched Conzo's house and found a book that he took as evidence. He took it too his house, and even said he would return it to conzo after making copies, but conzo was at all-caps rage at this point so he broke into clue's house from the top and attacked him, using /back since he kept dying over and over. I asked Umune over a message if we should ban him, and a little later Umune said we had admin majority and banned conzo for griefing, raging, and other general conzoness.

WRONG, he murdered me when I was ooc and stole the book, which is griefing.

Also, I didn't lose the fight, I actually escaped yet you persued me even when I was ooc.

No, no you didn't because it was on my person. You murdered me Ooc and stole it without my permission and if that doesn't deserve a ban then neither is what I did.

Yeah but you can't take his word for it. Because even after that, I took it and went ooc, so the contents of my inv also went ooc, so you still had no right to do what you did,s o either you get banned aswell or I get unbanned.

I was raging because he didn't give me my stuff back after he stole it. Maybe an admin shoudl've stepped in and banned him and returned my book instead of sitting there giving everyone creative for no sandwiching reason, i'm sorry I raged but many people on ths server no not to annoy me because I have a bad temper, that is not a threa in any way but it's true andwhen people steal you stuff it's just not cool.

1. I gave them creative so you couldn't hit them, because I forgot about godmode. But clue had to fix his house from your grief anyway.
2. Having a bad temper is not an excuse to attack people and grief.
3. You can't just say you're not rping anymore during an rp involving you just because you lost.
