For some reason, when I go to the Nether, I crash, and when a blaze or a magma cube comes near me, I also crash.

There is none, it COMPLETELY crashes Minecraft, which is odd, because that seems like a client error, but on my client it works fine?

Dude, if you crash, there's a crash report. Not nesscessarily the one MC gives, but there always is an error. Follow the instructions on the website.
Also, we HAVE been recently getting Ghast related errors in the console.
