No it wouldn't... Not at all. I'm actually extremely good with world edit. Especially if I do it the way flaming described it.

I'm fine. I'll do it if I get some time. Splam, do it somewhere off the current dynmap, so it's harder to get to.

Wouldn't demons selling things from Demon-exclusive lands be a dead give-away that they are demons?

Well, demons selling things certainly would indicate that they are, in fact, demons; it's due to the intrinsic status of demons as demons. Mind boggling, yes. </vitriol> The selling of such materials would present to demons (cough, me), but there are ways around that - sufficiently roundabout that it would prevent a huge influx of mystical and mysterious substances. That way, th stuff is still special, rather than someone everyone has a stack or two of in their junk drawer. In many ways we want to open up the Nether, but if everyone is prancing and toddling around there, knocking things over, giggling and laughing...well it won't be a particularly scary place. It would be something more akin to a fast food drive though, albeit it's not the french fries that are a bit singed. Even then, Ash and I have discussed the idea of creating overworld regions where Nether stuff will be available and the possibility of cordoning off an area of the Nether for mortals to waltz around in.

But what is the point of that? If we cannot go to it, then why save it for only one person?

Interesting. But I think that as long as there is a large quantity of nether materials, nether mobs, and nether structures, in the Overoworld or in the Nether, I am fine.

Or we could have the different planes of the Nether using Multiverse. The demons can go to their own planes and the "common" Nether world. Mortals can only access the common Nether world, and not the demons' personal planes.

But what is the point of Umune having an entire plane of oblivion all to himself, and no one gets to see anything from it.

In Oblivion you could go to oblivion, so oblivion is obviously a stable plane of existence.
