Also, horses if implemented should be a perk only available to some humans.

Well, catplanet, horse riding is a common talent, especially amongst nobles, (I came from Orkas) so yeah I am, get over it.

I was a noble in my bio, really does not affect anything, I will assume most every human on Skalas knows how to ride a horse based on their past occupations, alchemy is a hobby, and innkeeping is a current occupation.

Some Things:
Noble is just background knowledge, has little to no effect on actual gameplay.
Mage is a class
Alchemy is a hobby
'Innkeeping is an Occupation, which everyone should have.
Horse riding is a past skill, and like riding a bicycle, you never forget.
Ash probably will not add the Skalas Modpack
If he does, its likely that every human will start riding horse, because thats what humans do.
And I know what you are doing, and it is not working.
