I just had a really cool idea. We should have a race that has the ability to play music. They could have different "songs" they could play that do different things. An example would be a song that puts people to sleep, or one that makes people walk towards the player. I doubt there is already a plugin for this, so ash would probably have to make it, but you never know. Of course, we could just RP it too. Anyway, let me know what you guys think.

Why make it a seperate race? Make it a school, or a profession. Taught by trained instructors who have perfected the art. I'll look into this, if other people approve.

Sounds fine to me. I figured it would probably be a sub-class of humans. We could also make them be sirens though. That'd be REALLY cool.

It shouldn't be limited only to humans, anyone can learn music so just put it for everybody

I guess we'll have another set of underpowered humans then. If you insist.

Look, Ash. Arguing has already started. Not to condemn you, but you'd better solve it.

Then leave the music thing for the humans, I already got my magic. Is there a race plugin implemented?

Why not just have music be something you have to RP with /me ? However, put it in people's bios if they are good at music, that way it is distributed on the basis of want. However, the problem with that could be that suddenly everyone is good at music...

I actually did mention music being RP'd. And @ozz, we aren't arguing. We are discussing my idea. Just because he didn't agree with me doesn't mean we are arguing.

I was thinking that this was a human school, with very few people in the other races entered. This kind of music will be more Skyrim-esque Shouts than MusicCraft.

Here's a list of some possible "songs": - Song of Somnus-puts people in the vicinity to sleep
- Song of the Siren-Attracts people in the vicinity to the source
- Song of Sana-Heals people in the vicinity
- Song of Fames-Drains the hunger of people in the vicinity
- Song of Robur-Gives the people in the vicinity extra damage
- Song of Infirmitas-Weakens the people in the vicinity
- Song of Celeritate-Grants bonus speed to the people in the vicinity
- Song of Metus-Causes people in the vicinity to run from the source
I used google translate to get the latin words. Umune, correct me if I'm wrong or if you have a better name.

So the only two changes were Salus and Vires, right?

Oh, didn't catch that one. Anyway, those should be enough songs to start. The vicinity shouldn't be too big, maybe like 15-25 blocks.
