I think we could use a mailing plugin, not the one that other servers use. One like this forums.bukkit.org/threads/misc-mailbox-v2-3-send-a-package-1337.20648/ You have a chest which is a mailbox and other players can send packages. I say this since I saw blob's mailbox and clue had to deliver a bunch of letters by hand. Plus it would put Book Worm to good use and it would make people stay in contact in RP.
