Sooo, even though the title seems like a lore title, this is actually a cry for help. So, I was just logging on, and Splamz TP'd me to the Nether for apparently "threatening to grief", which: A) Is false B) He actually did not tell me that until he posted it on the foras. So I, naturally, was extremely confused, TP'd /home, because the Nether eventually makes my client crash. He would then TP me back, and I would ask him why a few times, then I would TP /home as he gave me no legitimate answers. Actually, 2 or 3 times, he TP'd to me(Accidentally?), which is why I am upset. Eventually, he struck me with lightning, but from his 2 or 3 TPs he should have known I was in a wooden house. Flames erupted. Its been nearly a day now, and it is still burning. Here are some pics: Pic A: (Taken atop a turret of Fort Muckwater) Pic B: (Taken at River Muck) Pic C: (Taken from my once beautiful home) Pic D: (Taken from beside my home) So yes, thats about it, I am wondering if the wood will come back, it has been a while. . .

If by struck you with lightning you mean fulmen, I am doubtful seeing as how I'm pretty sure fulmen doesn't start fires, otherwise the elven forest would be eternally burning as well.

Struck down by lightning, as in /lightning.

Magna fulmen does start fires.
Anyway, you had this coming after the whole shat in the jungles thread. It wouldn't have happened if you just disconnected and waited it out.

Had grief coming eh? Complete garbage. Grief is not a tool of punishment on server where you are not supposed to grief OoC. And what did I do in the Jungles thread? I said I liked Jungle wood, and would cut down jungles to meet my needs? Thats pretty much the same thing as saying: I like cobble and will mine cobble to meet my needs.

I like your use of the word fora. It's quite interesting, taking the plural form of a word and adding an S to it. Nice try.
About the House of Eternal Flame, you could have told him that the nether crashes your client. You could have left server. But no, instead, you decided to go against your punishment by continuing to /home. I agree with Cat.
I think the damage should be repaired or the materials refunded, but it's your own fault it happened.

A) I did tell him that the Nether crashes my client B) He didn't really tell me what the punishment was for even though I asked him, so I assumed he was trolling me, and I did mention that in the OP.

How would the Nether crash your client? And you were clearly being a nuisance.

Idk how it does so, it just does. And being a nuisance does not permit ANYONE to cause such grief.

I believe, in the Jungle post, he said twice that he would be teleporting you to the nether.
For future reference, if you are going to list arguments, make sure you have more than 2.

*sigh*... I'm going to have to be that guy, aren't I?
Despite the fact that clue is an ass, he is actually in the right here. He should not have been punished by being tped to the nether or having his house burnt down. Admins should punish with removal of permissions, kicks, tempbans, and bans. Harassment like this really shouldn't happen.

@blackjack The first time was for no reason whatsoever, as I had actually done nothing to my knowledge. The second time was for a completley different reason at a completely different time. Also, why should I have more than 2? The fact that I have one is bad enough.

@blob, I agree with you partially. Jailing people is a valid form of punishment. However, if splam had done it correctly, with the essentials /jail and /togglejail commands, this wouldn't have happened. I'll refund materials, but not all of them. He DID threaten to chop down a home of a group on the server. That's a threat of griefing, and can have minor punishments. He should have waited it out in the Nether, or disconnected.

Yes Blob, I agree, that's why I said the house should be rebuilt or his materials refunded, but it was stated ahead of time that clue would be teleported to the nether, and so he can't complain that he wasn't informed.
