It was built on the sea, kilometers away from any shore.
It is mostly made of titanium, with obsidian where needed. The prison is kept afloat by an enchantment
There is no glass since it can be broken and used as a weapon.
No wood because it can burn.
Every guard is hand picked to work there, they are then trained to remember the whole map, without a map...
Food and drinks are dropped by airships and new "meat" is brought by ship.
No shipment is planned, Nothing is planned.
Every Cell is in a different room, one guard is just outside the cell and more patrols the sector.
Esla was built in 10 years using the best builders in the region.
It is inspected every year, the hull shouldn't even have one scratch, if it does, it is repaired.
Esla is basically Alcatraz, but even more secure...
Jack's escape just made the warden add twice as much security, the guard who fell asleep got executed after the escape.
