Okay, so a recent update in Zero's story has revealed a new form of energy distribution.
Some Mages can regularly harvest magical energy when needed, however on rare occasions, it's possible for a Mage's magical Energy to become stored if not released through spells and magical powers. This stored energy begins to build up and the mage's bodies can't hold it, so the energy is released in what is known as an energy Output Flux or E.O.F for short. The energy shot out of the body begins to reform and becomes matter, creating a small type of living organism referred to as Kobak. Kobak is weak against gravity and is absorbed into the ground and in turn begins to combust and explode from the pressure. this causes a minor crater underground, scattering few remains of bones and dust.
Something no one would care about, the bone and dust matter is so weak that it tends to dissolve into the air and become nothing more than specs on the wind however, if found intact, these various remains can be harvested for magical energy.
This is a rare occurrence and is unlikely to occur more than once a month with mages able to hold higher amounts of energy and for some who are unable to, never.
This is something I created for my story, Zero releases the energy on a monthly basis and somehow, an older version of himself is collecting them as they occur, unfortunately, at this moment in time, very few mages know of this energy distribution.
