The walls crumbled and the citadel was breached, rebel soldiers rush those still loyal to the king. the battle lasted only a few hours with the Wora tribes, Elves and the many that hated the "tyranny" of the king behind him. It was then that he found it, a small gem half berried in the sand, almost glowing, pulsing as if it had wanted to be found, found by him, Arkio. He picked it up sand falling through his fingers until the gem could be clearly seen, it wasnt as small as he had first thought, it appeared to be the size of his palm and was a strange bronzy gold color, stragest of all was that it seemed to pulse blue every few seconds, he placed it in his bag and returned to the battle. From that day on it was held sacred by the new king who had it made into an amulet by the best wora craftsmen and elven enchanters. This amulet was never really seen by the public, so not many believed that it existed and those that did only knew rumors and myths "the wearer becomes invincible"... "it sommons the souls of the dead to fight for the wearer"... "it allows the wearer to fly and breath fire"... of corse none of these things were true. What the amulet was really for was to protect the wearer from any and all harm that would come from contacted from a demonic being. Anyone could wear said amulet but its magic would remain hidden unless that person was of Elthain blood, and even then it will not protect them if they are not of pure flesh, bone and intent.....
