Ravenhold (Tmespic Ciound) Government- The Ravenlord (Tmespic Danous)- central head of authority. Rules the entire Tyranny with an iron fist. Has access to the best weapons and armor in the world. Has to maintain order at any cost.
- The Circle (Mora) - Warrior nobility. Form the bureaucracy, basic administration and military. Exceedingly arrogant and proud but skilled in combat and equipped with armaments fit for a lesser king.
- The Spire (Diance) - the center and heart of the Ravenhold.
Trade Items- Spices (sugar)
- Alchemy crap
- Cocoa (in very limited amounts)
Relations- Republic - The Tyranny has provided aid in past wars but never outright supported with soldiers. The uneasy peace for the past few decades is becoming more and more stable. Border disputes along the river are nonexistent. Trade is ignorable.
- Kingdom - The Ravenhold has had a few altercations with the Hartland in the past, but ultimately nothing escalated to war. The border is reaffirmed by diplomatic meetings periodically, though one kingdom fief always demands more land. Trade is increasing as of late.
- Villages -The Tyranny posses several small, scattered villages.

I suggest a ring of villages surrounding the walls of the tyranny to slow down attackers, not that you would need it anyways...

All three kingdoms are going to be separated by the others to some degree by natural obstacles (thick forest, etc). Maybe villages would make for more interesting combat though

The villages should be by some sort of natural resource, I would prefer not to have a village on a desert island in the middle of The Sea of Tears, (That was a hypothetical Example)
