Bio: Bio: Descendant of the great king, King Cloutyre, King Cloutyre is the ruler of the City-State of Hartland. He's been the king there for over 50 years, taking the throne after his father was assassinated. He was only 17 at the time, but learned the ropes of being king rather quickly. Now, he is a rather jolly old fellow, but he has somewhat dark secret intentions of stealing the golden throne for himself. Constantly on the search for it, he is slowly, ever so slowly, losing his grip on his sanity, as he desires the golden throne more and more every day.
He treats his people well and usually makes sure they're content. He seeks somewhat peaceful conditions with the Republic, but he despises the Tyranny, because they are doing everything they can to stop anybody from finding the golden throne.
