So along along time ago, in a galaxy made of squares,

Three Provinces

It is a time of peril in the world.
The good king, who once ruled the land,
died, and the land split into Three Provinces.
For the past few centuries there has been
intermittent war, and now the peace that
stands is unstable and uneasy.

Well, that is pretty much it. You are the one who said there was no backstory. That is the backstory.

For a structered realm such as this, the backstory must be larger thn Skalas backstory was, consisting of many events, the world does not just simply fall into chaos with a single stroke.

Skalas starting backstory:
You wake up on an island.

There is actually plenty of lore and things, I just didn't feel like writing them down. I wrote a synopsis. I didn't explain the three provinces in detail, or mention the wizard/necromancer feud, or talk about how people ride around on pigs. Because I'm too lazy right now.
