As we all probably know the dead shrub is a considered a drug in the server (toboco). Fortunately I found a cool plugin that allows this to be possible, feast your eyes on the plugin "DrugMeUp". dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/drugmeup/. Here are some effects:
Effect 1: Makes the world spin and makes you walk funny (needs to be fine tuned)
Effect 2: Zooms everything in and makes you walk slow
Effect 3: Zooms everything out and makes you walk faster
Effect 4: Restricts view area "blinding" you
Effect 5: Makes you SUPER hungry!
Effect 6: Makes you sick, slows down mining speed, and weaker to any damage you take
Effect 7: Gives you the ability to jump super high!
Effect 8: Will randomly choose an effect each time the drug is used
For ash:
Remember to set the configuration files to be with the dead shrub which the id is 32.
