Knight-Templar of the Order of the Blue Lapis isn't an official rank. Being part of the Order of the Blue Lapis means you're recognized by the people for exceptional skills in some profession. Templar is a religious designation given to a warrior of the church of Vrath and Aetheria, attached on to the rank designation you hold. "Knight-Templar of the First Order of the Blue Lapis" means I'm a Religiously Affliated Knight with exceptional skills in a profession. It's my non-government title.
