Ideas for kingdom

Tyranny could be more like North Korea? Extremely suspicious of outsiders? with a lot of effort to keep them out?

Kingdom could be like Nazi Germany/Spanish Inquisition? Worship of the upper class and ideology? Hatred of other kingdoms? They could treat their villagers especially bad(If that is possible).

Republic could be like a nightmare version of an Indian slum. Lots of corruption? Maybe the fact that it is a democracy doesn't matter?

This could make the server have more wars.
