Before I get to what this thread is actually about, I'd like to point out how this server has a lot more potential than the others we've had. The races have had a lot of thought put into them, and are all really balanced. The lore so far has been superb, and links into the bios really nicely. We have a really good set of moderators and admins running the server, keeping everything fair, balanced and fun.

But we have one problem: Inactivity. AFAIK, there has been next to no RP on this server so far. Maybe 3 hours total. I understand that it is winter break and that people are away. However, I don't think that's the problem. I, for one, have been around enough to play on the server. But whenever I check to see if anyone is on, and I find no one on, I don't even bother to connect. I think that's probably true with a few others. On an RP server, if no one is on, it isn't too much fun to play.

On TJRP, Friday night RPs were a huge success. The only problem we had with them was being unable to come up with events constantly. On this server, we have decided not to do RP events.

Now finally to my idea. I think we need to have specific times set up when people know that other people will be on. If you can come on during one of these times, DO IT! I think we should try to set up 3 weekly times that a good amount of people can make it to.

Post some times bellow that you can usually get on at.
The format should be this:

Day of the week:
Time of day:
How often you can get on at this time:

How often you can get on at this time: I check dynmap between those hours, if anybody is on then I connect.

On winter break and on weekends i look every once and a while see if theres anyone

rest of the time im available from 3 to 10, if anyone steam messages me to join i would.

Sorry, i've been inactive the last few days. I've been enjoying splam's gift, Skyrim. I agree, we need more RP. The best we've had was the ousting of clue from leadership. I love battle RP, because it draws quite a bit of other lore into it, and almost always will work. I have an idea for an event to draw more people. Boatloads of Vanas Dominion warriors land in Skalas, and start trying to take over the land. Their soldiers are mindless and never shirk from battle. (FYI, I mean Zombies, proposing an RP zombie invasion.) They will stop at nothing until they kill all the "natives". Even fellow elves are not spared, for the Vanas Dominion is a cruel sect of dark-elves, split away from the Forests of Hyrain. (Feel free to write some lore, basic idea is that Hyrain is too pacifistic for Vanas, and too.... "goody goody", for lack of a better term in my sleepy mind.)

From what I've seen, the server has been more active since I went on vacation, because everytime I check Banana is almost always on, Umune is very often on, and flaming is around quite a lot. Clue is also always on the dyn map. So just imagine what it will be like once Berem returns from his trip, because as we all know I have no life and can spend pretty much all my free time on the server.

EDIT: BTW, I'm coming back today. Today being December 31, for those like me who get confused by midnight. It should be tomorrow when I wake up goddarnit.

im on as much as i can i wont be on for a while tho as i am having friends over for like 2 more days ;D
