Basically, put wooden or even stone supports in your cave to "protect against cave ins". The Abandoned Mineshafts do it, and it looks cool and makes real sense.
I think it's a good idea. What about you guys?

No. Caves IRL generally have decent ballance, and that would only make sense if there was a high amount of gravel, sand or clay in said cave, or you plan on using TnT, or you do excessive mining, pretty much making the cave look like it is not a cave anymore.

Yea. I mean, you can support them if you want, but you don't HAVE to support them, they lasted for however long Skalas has been here, and I think they shall last longer.
