Ronu was a mischievous wora as a child. He constantly got himself into trouble. As he grew up, although his attitude became milder, he still never fully lost it. Instead, he adapted a very charismatic nature to complement his trouble making abilities. He rose up through the ranks of the Wora capital, until he became the Prime Minister. He demands the respect of anyone bellow him in status, and is a strict politician. When there is opposition, he will stop at nothing to eliminate it, but always from behind the scenes.

Charismatic troublemaker who is very strict and doesn't tolerate people not respecting his position? So, you're charming and lax about rules, except you also have a stick up your Nickleback and you demand respect?

Not saying your bio is bad, just saying you need some new adjectives. He should not demand respect, but people willingly give it to him. Perhaps not a strict politician, but a shrewd one.
Or you could go the opposite, and get rid of the mischievousness in favor of an even larger stick up your ass.
